for 10.00 ours you must hand in the key at the administrator on the park.

Rents

Prices are incl. reservation costs, 6% VATS and administrative costs, excluding tourist tax

Hiring period

During school holidays you can rent minimum for a week (Friday/Friday). A deviate hiring period is open to discussion.

Advance payment

If you have reserved, you receive a task of the total price. We ask you within 7 days to transfer 50% of the total price as an advanced payment. 

reservation costs

There are no reservation costs.

Lease

After receipt of your advance payment (within the period), your reservation is definitively and you will receive an affirmative/lease by mail.
Within a minimum of 14 days before your arrival/stay you must have transferred the remaining 50%. If the time is too short, you must transfer the money by telephone. 

guarantee sum

A guarantee sum will be charged. After your departure the cleaning of the house and the inventory are inspected. If no damages and/or lacks are observed, you will receive the guarantee sum within one week after your departure on your bank-account.

Reservation

You can do your reservation telephonically, in writing or by e-mail. If you inform for example firstly by tel., you are always requested to confirm this in writing or by e-mail. You have to mention always your complete name, address and phone number (also in the e-mail), so that we can always get in contact with each other. Our phone number and mail address are mentioned at the end of the home-page.  

Annulment

At annulment by the lessee the following percentages of the total hiring amount are chargeable:
As from the day from reservation up to 10 weeks for hiring commencement: 30%.
From 6 weeks up to 3 weeks for hiring commencement: 65%.
Within 3 weeks for hiring commencement: 100%.
If the lessee do not use the holiday house before the day of departure, absolutely no refund will take place.

making cost

If you clean the recreation house yourself, no cleaning cost are charged. Of course after the house is inspected by us. If you wish, you can let us clean the recreation house. In that case € 35, - will be charged. If the recreation house has been polluted seriously, extra costs will be charged or will be settled with your guarantee sum, plus the or hours of the cleaning-time c.q replacement.
